Chicken and Eggplant Cavatappi
No words. Just music and food. Tonight, we're having chicken and eggplant cavatappi. Monday nights are Italian nights here. All of the eggplant are Organically and home grown. The chicken was sourced from the local butcher. I used both clove garlic and minced garlic. I did this because I felt like the eggplant needed more garlic. 3 cloves just wasn't enough for the amount of #eggplant that i used. #cookedfood #fromscratch #dinner #chickenandeggplant
