This cPanel video tutorial shows you How to delete files and folders in cPanel using File Manager.
1.Login to your Account's cPanel
2.Go to File manager and navigate the directory path where the desired folder resides
3.Select the desired file and Click delete on the Top of the Dash board or Right click on that file and click delete.
4.Select Permanent and temporary deliver mode and confirm deletion.
