The PvE/PvP planet system is more based on how cities are taken, being by auction on Arboreus and by battle on Syndesia. Syndesia also requires you to flag up as aggressive for world bosses (legends). However, you can flag up as aggressive for the lawless trials on both planets. And Syndesia world bosses (legends)
