Photoshop Creative Cloud Move Plugins and Filters (Nik, Topaz, Totally Rad, and more)
Also make sure you are opening the correct version of PS CC! I've noticed some people copying the files to their x86 plugins folder and then trying to open the 64bit Photoshop or vice versa. If you want your plugins available in both x86 and 64bit, then you need to copy the files both places.
