Chicken Eggs Incubating in the GQF Model 1502 incubator... being candled at day 12. Candle one at a time, or leave them in the rack to be candled in place when you have lots to go through. The model 1502 is a forced air incubator, operating as shown at 99.5 deg. F. Racks tilt 90 degrees automatically. Water reservoir on top, hatching tray on the bottom, Three egg hatching trays for incubation. Turn off incubator when candling, it's fine to allow the eggs to cool for up to 30 minutes with no ill effects. Led flashlight was used for candling... no need for any fancy candling lights.
