To run these networking commands in a command prompt window
1. Open Start button, type Command prompt and select, right-click and then select Run as administrator and click Yes.(0:21s)
2. At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem: (0:41s)
• Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter. (0:51s)
• Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter. (1:01s)
• Type ipconfig /release and press Enter. (1:11s)
• Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter. (1:23s)
