To get Honey Comb in Minecraft you will need to have a bee nest and bees + flowers near the bee nest. The bees will eventually drop in and out of the bee nest. Once they have done this a few times it will fill the nest with delicious sweet honey!
Now, make sure you place a campfire underneath the bee nest to calm the bees or they will attack you, eek! Then take your shears and right click on the full bee nest to collect the honey comb. You can also use a glass bottle to get a bottle of honey too.
