WALL-E 21303 Rotating Head FIX
This is a fix the LEGO sent out for the rotating head of WALL-E 21303 set. Instead of using the end of a ratchet joint to spin freely, this uses a ball joint, which provides a much more obedient articulation and retains more rigidity.
