How To: Meet up with Zhuge Dan at the northeast garrison within 3 minutes after defeating Wen Yang.
Method: There's nothing between Wen Yang and Zhuge Dan, so as soon as Wen Yang is in the ground you can just run to reach Zhuge Dan.
