Improvisation exercise from the book PRO and the topic Improvisation 2. Stay conscious in a subdivision and try to replace hand srokes by foot. Work your way from quarter to 32nd notes and back. In this demo i skip the fives and seven, but feel free to add them, too. Have fun!
