AppSec Tools and Topics: In this video, Ken Johnson (@cktricky on twitter) demonstrates appmap.io, a code visualization tool for Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Ruby applications. AppMap has a plugin for some IDEs that maps out application architectures as you navigate your hosted application. Seth (@sethlaw) and Ken then discuss how the tool could be useful for security consultants or in-house teams to incorporate into secure code-review processes.
