The Fixx - Saved By Zero - (modded) Glarry GST Strat
I haven't done this one since 2019! The Glarry handles the song perfectly - as usual! Gotta love a $75 guitar! 😁👍
'Saved By Zero' is from The FIXX's 1983 album 'Reach The Beach' and is written by Cy Curnin, Adam Woods, Jamie West-Oram, and Rupert Greenall.
SIGNAL CHAIN:
GUITAR: Glarry GST Strat - Bought for $50 on Ebay. I put $25 of parts into upgrading it (including a $18 YiBuy loaded pickguard) and a little over an hour of my time installing it, shimming the neck, and filing 3 frets. $75 later and I have a guitar that sounds/feels/plays just as well as a Fender! (And, contrary to claims by 'certain people', it didn't fall apart in a year!)
