Bower Park parkrun 07/09/2024 |
It wasn't until late Thursday I decided to go straight from work and head to Keswick to camp over night that meant that its only half hour drive to Bower Park parkrun in Aspatria. Nice little Park run around the perimeter of the Rugby fields so in total 5 laps, Volunteers really friendly and supportive , just like a park run should be. Really enjoyed chatting to the volunteers this week. Well done Bower Park park run.
