In this video for the ATLAS 2.0 (Automated Tri-Lite Assembly System 2.0) we discuss what the Minimum Butterfly Set-Down Position represents and how to properly set the position. The Minimum Butterfly Set-Down Position is a parameter in the VNC Viewer / Machine Settings screen and it represents the first valid point at which the shift cylinder is extended in far enough for the lift bar to fully engage and lift the lite/unit on the MTT (Moving Tilt Table). The ALTAS 2.0 uses electrical cylinders or actuators to move the butterfly tables rather than hydraulics as with the original design.
