start app NvTrueHDR.exe, point to pcsx3.exe (a nv cpl profile für rpcs3 must exist, otherwise create a new one), make your settings to your likings.
copy the files from the x64 folder from TrueHDRTweaks to you rpcs3 folder (next to rpcs3.exe), otherwise the colors will be oversaturated. disable autohdr for rpcs3 if active (windows setting).
in nvcpl set "Vulkan/OpenGL present method" to "Prefer layered on DXGI swapchain"
