MontruJdbc_D4E1: GUI improvements: "quick ERD" and speed improvement
I thought it would be nice to show the connections among types as I know about that on Meta level - currently the lines indicate connections among entities (Data level). Refactoring the line drawing panel. Being there, I realized that refreshLines() is runs too long and too many times. Created a "mute" service that I can switch on for bulk operations (load from file, import from DB).
