Search Bar in Excel
In this video, we'll create a dynamic search bar that allows you to search for specific values in your dataset. We'll begin by adding a search box using the developer button. Next, we’ll apply the filter formula to locate values in the dataset. To enable partial matching, we'll integrate the isnumber and search functions with the filter. After that, we'll include additional columns for broader search options. Lastly, we’ll style the search bar with icons, shapes, and conditional formatting to highlight the matching results
