Paradise Dermatology, with offices in both Sarasota and Englewood, FL, is led by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Michelle Pennie. Paradise Dermatology offers comprehensive dermatologic care, including full-body skin checks, medical dermatology, Mohs skin cancer surgery, as well as a variety of cosmetic dermatology treatments.
Dr. Pennie is a fellowship-trained Mohs skin cancer surgeon. She is one of only a handful of dermatologists on the west coast of Florida to attend a year-long fellowship training program in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, considered to be the most effective and least invasive treatment for most types of skin cancer.
Dr. Pennie completed her medical school and residency training in dermatology at Emory University in Atlanta. She then completed her fellowship training with Dr. George Hruza at the Laser & Dermatologic Surgery Center in Chesterfield, Missouri. Prior to that, she attended Dartmouth College.
Paradise team member and board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Chelsea Duggan completed her undergraduate and medical school degree at Michigan State University. She completed her residency through Beaumont Hospital and Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine Statewide Campus System.
