This video teaches how to use an app called Remove Unwanted Object! It does similar to Photoshop or GIMP: copies nearby parts of the image so that it makes sense and continues the pattern. You can use any art program for the touch ups, but I'm on mobile when I edit so I used Infinite Painter.
