You can use the search feature of BlueStacks to search for UC Browser App. Here I'm using Get Jar third party app to install UC Browser on BlueStacks. For this, go to App Store then Get Jar. Here Search for UC Browser then click on the respective application. Then it will ask you to download the app. After clicking download, you will get two options. Select anyone as per your convenience.
Note: If you use Playstore, make sure that you have loged in with your gmail account.
