Stonebwoy - Sapashini (Tune 2016)
I saw this coming… right? Feel free and call me Prophet Obour! I knew Dancehall artist, Stonebwoy would definitely drop a new tune about being crowned as the “Dancehall Warrior” in Tamale.
Some few days ago, we reported that Stonebwoy was enskinned by the Paramount Chief of Tamale, Gukpegu Naa (Naa Alhaji Abdulai), as the “Dancehall Warrior” of Ghana.
The BET award-winner was in Tamale, the Northern Regional capital for a concert when he received such an honor. Below is what the Paramount Chief of Tamale said after given Stonebwoy the Dancehall Warrior title.
“Stonebwoy has been a powerful force that fights to defend his turf in the music industry. He uses his music as a tool to defend the weak and oppressed; he is a warrior. He is the Sapashini of Dancehall — Dancehall Sapashini, ” Gukpegu Naa said.
