In this short video, we show you how to create a very simple border in Inkscape by
simply creating a rectangle larger than your image and placing your image on top
changing the colour of the rectangle
resizing the rectangle
how to align all the elements together
how to colour pick the exact colour from your image
how to save your image using Windows (although saving using a Mac is the same.
We are using Inkscape Vers .48.2
