In most cases, Amazon storeowners who sell on Amazon.ca will be required by the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) to register for the Goods and Services Tax and Harmonized Sales Tax program in order to be compliant.

Registration is just the first step, and in most cases a seller will need to file a return for GST/HST and pay the tax bill once per year.

The goal of this video is to show that the process is not as scary and complicated as many may believe, and we provide recourses to help you figure it out (or preferably hire a competent tax professional).
