4790k is enough to get good fps most of the games. (if you have questions about the cpu) The reason of stutter and fps drops the game didn't get the first update for fix to performance and optimization stuff yet. Also i fix the stutters and drops with one of the video on YouTube. You can find it by searching as "Hogwarts Legacy lag/stutter fix" For now i don't have any drop or lag/stutter while playing. It's pretty smooth now.

Tbh I don't know MSI Afterburner settings. So, I have no idea what it says in the top left corner :D
