1890 drawers - a digital reconstruction
The video presents a digital visualisation of drawers used in the second half of the 19th century. The garment is presented in ‘Bearrie A.E. (1890). The perfect dress fitter. Comlete instrutions in the art of cutting all kinds of garments, Bearrie A.E. and Co., St. Louis, MO.’, pp. 36-40. Clo3D, 3dsMax and Substance Painter software programs were employed to reproduce the construction of the garment, replicate the human body, put the garment on the avatar, post process and paint the 3D model.
