How To Flash HTC M7_U Through Fastboot Command
Download your firmware and fastboot drivers below the link:

1. Copy the RUU.zip file into the extracted fastboot folder.
2. Press Shift and right click inside the folder containing your drivers and firmware.
3. Type fastboot devices on the command prompt.
4. Type "fastboot oem rebootRUU" and press enter...
5. "Fastboot flash zip RUU.zip" and press enter....
The flashing process is will begin, wait for it to complete....
Type fasboot reboot and wait for the first booting process to complete which normally takes a while....
