June walks you through a simple step-by-step integration using an API key, so that any contact details or Facebook CRM labels you update in Genius Messenger will automatically sync into your GHL pipeline — and vice versa. This is a game-changer if you rely on organic Facebook marketing to grow your business.
🎯 KEY STEPS TO CONNECT GHL & GENIUS MESSENGER:
1. Create a Pipeline in GoHighLevel
Head to your GHL dashboard, go to Opportunities, and create a new pipeline. Give it a name and add the stages that match how you track your leads — for example, "New Chat," "Follow Up," or "Clients."
2. Copy Your GHL API Key
Go to Settings in GoHighLevel and look for the API section. Click the button to copy your secret API key — you'll need this to link both platforms together.
3. Paste the API Key into Genius Messenger
Open your Genius Messenger Chrome extension, go to Home, then Settings, and find the Lead Connector toggle. Switch it on, paste in your GHL API key, and hit Save. That's all it takes to connect this Facebook CRM software to GoHighLevel.
4. Wait for the Sync to Complete
After saving, give the system up to 10 minutes to fully sync. You'll know it's working when your GHL pipeline stages start showing up as Facebook CRM labels inside Genius Messenger automatically.
