Our beautiful In Vitro aquarium, a glass-panelled bioreactor filled with a growth serum, is home to numerous brightly coloured in vitro fish. Electrical impulses cause the muscle tissue to contract and make these semi-living creatures swim gracefully through the aquarium – and they taste great too. You can choose your own fish, after which they are prepared live by the chefs on a teppanyaki grill charged with an electrical current.
