Living with the Aftermath of Suicide
Last night was the 6th anniversary of the suicide of my mother. I have attempted suicide, I have lost several friends to suicide, and I know the unfortunate truth is that there will be others.
In this Lightstrteam I will share my story, how it has affected me, how I am integrating the experince. I will also talk about the recent death of friend Eric Powell, and the feelings of guilt we have when we feel we could have done more.
I will also talk about my mothers mental illness, NPD, and the abuse i endured as a child, all the way into adulthood. This is going to be a tough stream, and i don't really want to doit, but I know it may be of value to someone out there, and so I will bite the bullet, and push through.
