Tutorial for upcycling old gym leggings into a swimsuit! (with headband & hair tie tutorial)
In this beginner friendly sewing tutorial I teach you how to DIY upcycle old gym leggings and transform them into a one-piece swimsuit with a matching headband and hair ties. For the hair bobbles I have added two different methods, including an easy option. Upcycling is an important part of sustainable fashion as the ablity to refashion your clothing allows you to keep it for longer instead of buying something new so it’s a very useful skill to have.
