1) Mix into garden soil (1oz per linear Foot) along with (1/2oz per linear foot) Weekly Feed at start of planting. .
2) For planting seeds, use Pre-plant fertilizer only at start...
3) For transplanting seedlings use Pre-plant AND Weekly Feed Fertilizer when transplanting into lager flat or container.
