Flow Induced Rotation (VAWT, 6DoF, AMI, Mesh Motion) | Fluid Tool Engineering
The flow induced rotation was launched on the features of OpenFOAM® namely the arbitrary mesh interface (AMI) and the six degrees of freedom library (6DoF). The rotation of blades is based on the pressure field or velocity inlet instead of assign angular velocity at the blades. It is not FSI because it is no deformation of blades.
