Young Machine and the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department have teamed up! Motorcycle voice actress Nyamba-chan, also known as Yuka Nanba, aims to improve her riding skills under the guidance of an active Metropolitan Police Department motorcycle police officer.
The seventh installment of our "Safety Riding Techniques for Enjoyable Road Riding" series is "Pylon Slalom."
When riding a motorcycle, you shift your center of gravity between your hands and feet and use your entire body, so coordinating these movements is key. Pylon Slalom is the perfect way to learn this.
Also known as the "Straight Pylon" or "Pylon Snake," this challenge is a required part of obtaining a motorcycle license.
By rhythmically clearing a line of pylons, riders can hone the fundamentals of motorcycle riding, such as speed control without losing control of the vehicle, coordinated movements, and timing!
