Stuck in a Cog | Short Comic Animation
In this hilariously unfortunate moment, Rivet finds herself elbow-deep, focused entirely on fixing a particularly stubborn mechanism. As a Lombax with a reputation for her tech skills and hands-on problem-solving, she's no stranger to getting messy in the name of progress. But when her outfit gets snagged in a rogue cog mid-repair, things take a rather unexpected turn—and not one she can patch with a wrench.
By the time she realizes what’s happening, it’s already too late. With one loud rip, Rivet is left standing in the aftermath of a clothing malfunction, with only her robotic companion Clank to provide any form of modesty. Ever the loyal (and awkwardly helpful) friend, Clank does his best to cover for her—literally. The resulting scene is equal parts chaotic, comedic, and just a little bit mortifying.
Despite the hiccup, Rivet takes it in stride—because when you’re a galaxy-traveling mechanic with a spunky attitude, you learn to laugh off the malfunctions and keep moving forward. And hey, Clank might just have an idea to fix this wardrobe problem… assuming they both survive the embarrassment first.
