A Google Weather App without using API made using VB.NET/C#!

Want to know, how to create this app in VB.NET? For source code, please go to the app settings and mail me on the Email-ID given (Refer Note) that contains your name, reason for source code, and other necessary points as per your requirement.
Complete source code will not be provided. only part of source code will be provided as per your requirements.
Note: Some people are getting error in their app. The app hangs when loaded. We are working on its fix. However, source will be provided to all of you. just mention the email id in comments section below and we will try to reach you soon/ASAP. However the process will be slower that the process we normally follow i.e. you sending the details to us.
*Some people from different parts of the world are having issues loading the app. We are trying to fix that soon. Till then you can view most searched location by just clicking on ignore rather than retry when error pops up.*
