3) 'Sway' Ableton Live Set (Original by Tom Rolls)
I am proud to present this live set of my final University Professional Portfolio Project. The third track 'Sway' is one of six tracks from my Debut Album.
The prominent theme within this song touches on taking a step back from our day-to day routines and letting go of certain things which may bring us down. Sometimes all we need is a little dance, or even a sway to a good song with a glass of vino.
Everything in this performance is run live through Ableton, and I'm using the Novation Launchpad to trigger loops and create my song structure.
The visuals displayed behind me are ones I've made and combines film with animation for a unique sensory addition to the music, relating to the themes within.
