Option 1: Get it low, mudhands (with the talent to increase the time) and book it out with songcraft. This is the harder way.
Option 2: is the 3 man party method. Have one AFK in a city doing nothing, one lowbie, and one killer. Tag and get the mob to 10% or so (make sure the lowbie tags it once with a bow shot that does damage) then drop group and finish it off. It's important the group itself does not disband when you leave or else your friend won't get XP.
