Siemens NX-CAM - Graphical representation of spindle rotation direction in NC-code Simulation
After quite a few years of experience in building and customizing CSE simulation kits, it still surprises me from time to time with its flexibility, and how easy it is to add perks to the simulation kit that will fulfill user requirements.
This time, the requirement was to add a bold graphical representation of spindle rotation direction, as an arrow that will be displayed on (or close to) the chuck model. It should be an addition to pictograms that are available in the "Machine Status" dialog.
It turned out that things that at first sight seem to be not available in NX, can be very easily added as simple customizations.
