The best part they can last for hours at a time!

👉Seasonal fruits - Such as banana, papaya, mango, sapota (chikoo), strawberry or any berries, melons, figs, dates - best zero prep, low cost, high energy and lost lasting travel foods ever!🍉🍒🍌

👉 Some cooked foods that can last 6-8 hours or more. Idli (rice cakes), Theplas ,Paratha, Roasted makhana, Boiled egg, Dry fruit laddoos - Make these ahead of time and take them on the go.🥞

👉 Steamed veggies like carrot or broccoli (or other seasonal vegetables) 3-4 hours or more depending on the weather - Another easy way to make sure your toddler gets their daily dose of veggies. Steam them at home before leaving for travel.🥕🍠🥑

👉 Yogurt - Yogurt is also easy to carry. You can even put them in small containers so they're ready to go when hunger strikes! Can easily last 4+ hours!

👉 Tikkis/ vegetable cutlets - loaded on fibers, filling and less messy!🍱
