Meet Michael Siconolfi!
Michael is a senior SAP data migration and data quality project lead. He holds qualifications in Economics and Commerce and is an experienced BI manager, SAP data analyst, HANA/DS developer and data quality, governance, and master data consultant. He attained his Syniti Advanced Data Migration certification in 2020 and has been working as a senior SAP data consultant, data quality lead and SAP DS developer since 2013. He also worked closely with MDG-EAM teams to ensure that master data validation rules in MDG-EAM are aligned with data migration and HANA config. Michael has been working on S4 HANA projects since 2018.
He has a high attention to detail with a focus on quality delivery. He is very talented, and clients love working with him. He has brilliant technical and communication skills and enjoys translating these into business knowledge. He excels at data cleansing, validation, and data quality methods to manage mapping errors quickly and satisfy the auditors and stakeholders. Before starting in SAP, he was a Business Intelligence manager and Information analyst for 14 years in various healthcare companies and organizations.
