WHY do people think they can over QUOTE the Elderly ? It's Wrong IMO
This elderly lady couldn't find a gardener due to being quoted too much money for her garden Privet hedges to be trimmed and tidied .
I don't know why some traders think they can get away with overcharging people, Elderly/single moms ..etc..etc..
It's just wrong , but seems that this is the new normal now !
