Luciano was one of the first children welcomed into Nuovi Orizzonti.
He grew up in a "normal" family, but two moments in his childhood left a profound mark on him: the high expectations his parents had for him, given his remarkable intelligence, burdened him with a burden too heavy to bear. Being the first of three children, he found himself having to manage his parents' daily, sometimes violent, arguments.
So at 12, he began to seek love outside his family and entered the world of the streets and drugs.
