This video is about Bitwig MIDI Internal Routing and Recording work-around for Mac.
For Windows you can try loopBe1 as the MIDI router:

The same setup should be able to work with your Hardware Controllers too.
*I said MIDI Prefs instead of "Controllers", My bad...
