For Uploading CFG file for Configuration of Huawei BTS3900 or DBS3900 need to follow following steps.
If Uploading File fails again and again then check Firewall is turn off or not Need to Turn off Firewall for uploading configuration file to BTS or DBS
Then Check LST FTPSCLTDPORT RMV 192.168.0.50 IP
Change Port from 22 to 21
then add it as Plain text
