Water filters have become an essential purifying element in apartments and country houses, as well as in businesses.
Like any other equipment, they require maintenance, and the cartridge regeneration procedure deserves particular attention.
Regular table salt can be used to initiate the regeneration process, as the effectiveness of filter regeneration with salt has long been proven.
The regeneration process can be repeated multiple times, but it will gradually begin to lose its properties due to the enrichment of the water with impurities, and sooner or later the filter will need to be replaced.
To regenerate a system with a cartridge, pour the solution inside and let it sit for 1 hour.
Afterwards, rinse the filter with boiled water.
Replace the cartridge.
Turn on the water and let it run for a few minutes until the salty taste disappears.
