The game always goes without recording between 15-22 Fps, you have to modify the internal files of the game so that it can increase its fps, these are found in Appdata/Local/Helios/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor/GameUserSettings.ini and these options:
sg.ResolutionQuality=65.000000
ResolutionSizeX=640
ResolutionSizeY=400
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=640
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=400
They are the only configurable graphic options.
