In this video, I create one form , in this form have four levels, three text-boxes and one button. Username, Password, Re-type password and one button named Submit. How to connect with sql server database and store the records into database. In this video, i also discussed about how to fetch or retrieve data from the database after stored data into the database and after register click on the button redirect to another form.
