It's a gift, flowers, and spring wall decor that can be used to decorate a room for the holiday, not only for March 8th but also for Easter, creating a springtime atmosphere. You could also decorate a room for a birthday with this wreath and tulips... That wouldn't be a bad idea either :)
The wreath isn't difficult to make, but it does require a lot of colored paper and a lot of time to fold the individual origami elements. Each element took me about 5-8 minutes. And if you multiply that by 8 leaves and 24 buds, it took me about 4 hours :)
So, making this tulip wreath isn't a quick process.
The finished wreath can be hung on a door or wall.
