In this video, I’m introducing the concept of Duet D&D—a unique style of tabletop roleplaying with just a Game Master and one player. We’ll talk about why you might want to try a duet game, some of the creative challenges and opportunities it presents, and my personal plans for running a one-shot and a campaign using adventures from Duet D&D and Grove Guardian Press. Plus, I’ll share my approach to running a GMPC (Game Master Player Character) to help balance the story and gameplay.
