tl;dr from the video, you must do the following (ON ANY DIFFICULTY) to get 3-Star Ending:
1) Fix All Arcade Machines
2) Play all arcade games. *UPDATE 1/28/2025* You do NOT have to get the Alternatives, just play the games). You can literally just instantly leave the moment you repair them.
3) Get 100 tickets for the Game Console, 3 Stickers, and 1 Spare Voucher from the Voucher Machine. I recommend Helpules spam to fastest way to get money. Try to aim for 11 every time.
4) Have all 5 Dad Collectables BEFORE entering Party Room on Night 5 1985.
5) Collect Strange Photo outside Party Room Vent on Night 5 when girl leaves [should spawn if you did everything above correctly].
6) Do all the Secret Minigames: a) "Millie" can be done on Day 1 during 1985 sequence in the first 5 minutes of the game. Simply spam the gumball machine 100 times [annotated video]; b) "Fetch" can be done by interacting with the voucher machine with a spare Voucher and all toys & gadgets claimed (4 of them). *UPDATE 8/14/24:* I learned that you can do Fetch at any point when the Arcade unlocks AFTER getting the 3 stickers & Game system w/ a spare voucher; c) "Eleanor" can be completed after collecting the Strange Photo (555-5683). I recommend doing this after freeing dad.
7) After everything above is completed, finishing the game should grant you the 3-Star Ending
